Communicado delivered an exciting and extraordinary 'J Factor Awards' night, featuring the MD as Simon Cowell, the sales director as MC, dressed in his sparkly jacket and sales guys performing in tightly choreographed sketches as Johnson Bon Jovi and Darren Love as Lady Dada! What a night!
